The salary range for this position is $43,575 - $48,762. New hires typically start within this range based on their qualifications, experience, and considerations of internal equity.

FIRST headquarters is in Manchester, New Hampshire, and we seek candidates based in New England or willing to relocate to New England. Although this role will have the flexibility to work remote, we are looking for candidates who can easily and frequently travel by car to our headquarters during competition season or as needed for in-person events.

What You Will Do
You will maintain a knowledge base, verifying information against source documents, and coordinating team and project management services across FIRST programs. Additionally, you will: 

  • Coordinate customer issue resolution by clarifying needs, researching answers, implementing solutions, and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Assist with navigation and technical issues related to FIRST websites and registration systems.
  • Maintain accurate customer and account data by compiling, verifying, and updating information from multiple sources, ensuring consistency across systems.
  • Organize and tag documents and resources in a knowledge base to improve findability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, service teams, and subject matter experts to develop and maintain content, features, and services.
  • Support team and youth participation growth through outreach activities such as outbound recruitment calls and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to special projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Follow organizational policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational goals and create capacity across teams.

What We Expect
We are seeking candidates with the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

  • HS diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years directly related experience.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks associated with multiple competing projects with varying deadlines.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Filemaker/MySQL, Ektron/Drouple CMS, MyDBR Reporting system, and Web 2.0 Software/Technologies preferred.
